Wellbeing is often described as the state of being comfortable, healthy or happy.Having mindfulness skills, resilience making good,correct decisions. And allowing your body to rest.It includes having good mental health, high life satisfaction, a sense of meaning or purpose and ability to manage stress.Be curious and seek out new experiences.Literally exercise your  brain, move your body outside and do physical activities you enjoy.
Even a little counts a lot.Wellbeing concepts is a positive outcome that is meaningful for people and for many sectors of society, because it tells us that people perceive that their lives are going well.Good living conditions housing, employment are fundamental to wellbeing.Tracking these conditions is important.Act like a master of your life by putting your health and wellbeing first.
